Graduate Research Assistant
Valerie Bradley is a masters student in the University of Maryland Clinical Psychological Science program and a research assistant at GMAP. She works with Dr. Jennifer Belus on Project START Together, a CIHR-funded study that aims to develop and evaluate a couple-based intervention targeting antiretroviral therapy (ART) medication adherence for HIV-infected women and their male partners living in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Valerie’s research interests include clinical psychology applied internationally, public health policy and global mental health. Valerie previously lived in the United Arab Emirates for five years where she worked for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce affiliate in Dubai and interned at the Human Relations Institute and Clinics.
